terms of service

The following information is not conclusive and much of the work I do is explained in articles not in the public domain. However, this TOS page does outline my business practices and ethics.

1.1  Fees up to and including £1500 are payable prior to commencement of any consultancy work. 

1.2  Fees over £1500 are payable at 50% of estimated total prior to commencement of any consultancy work. The following 50% is payable upon completion of the final original estimated works. If extra work is required beyond the original estimate, 25% of the original estimated fees are payable at the date of the order for extra works. The final 25% is payable upon completion and/or electronic deliverance of adjusted works. 

1.3  Cash, personal or company cheques and company credit cards are all accepted.

1.4  Fees for commisioned outsourced work are payable through me and carry a 5% handling charge. The out workers may be located on the "all the best" page and may be approached directly. In which case clients become bound by the TOS of the out workers.

2.1 There is no provision of service for websites/web sites or companies or organisations that promote violence, racial hatred, illegal (UK and AUS law), MLM (multi level Marketing) or pyramid selling schemes.

2.2  No approach will be made to known competitors in direct opposition to any existing clients. 

2.3  No information is ever passed about a client in the private or public domain to third party outside sources without the express permission of said client.

2.4  Demographic information entered into the SIPAX and DEPIUM models are from proprietary third party sources and Biased reporting of figures is resolved wherever possible.

2.5  Search engine optimisation of websites may often include doorway, gateway or corridor pages to achieve greater results. However, I do not use cloaking and/or stealth techniques.
